...give everyone Playdoh!!
This was one of those mornings. Short night, early morning, grouchy kids, everyone was spatting and fighting and just being plain old ornery. Humid, rainy weather outside, so burning off some steam out there was not an option. This was clearly a moment for........ suPER Playdoh!!!!!
Now the children are playing happily, making snowmen and snakes and cookies. I even hear giggles! But the key to harmonious Playdoh play with four kids around the table is making sure there's lots of Playdoh, multiple tools and enough cookie cutters to go around.
Which makes me think that Playdoh on its own might not be the answer to world peace. It's not just the Playdoh, but more the feeling that there is enough to go around, enough stuff to share without one person feeling hard done by... a challenging goal indeed.
